- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 5–6 mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- Salt, pepper, basil

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan; sauté garlic.
- Add sliced mushrooms; sauté 3 minutes.
- Add spinach; wilt 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce; cook 3 minutes.
- Add drained pasta to sauce and toss.
- Season with salt, pepper and basil.
- Top with parmesan; serve hot.
💡 TipReserve 2–3 tbsp pasta water for the sauce — it improves texture and flavor. Whole wheat pasta has twice the fiber of regular pasta.
