- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C; line baking sheet with parchment.
- Mash bananas in a deep bowl with a fork.
- Add almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla and salt; mix.
- Add oats and mix until uniform.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls on tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on tray 5 minutes before removing.
