Oat Cookies

No added sugar, no flour — but full of flavor! Banana, oats and almond butter make these perfect healthy snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C; line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mash bananas in a deep bowl with a fork.
  3. Add almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla and salt; mix.
  4. Add oats and mix until uniform.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls on tray and flatten slightly.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on tray 5 minutes before removing.
