Ingredients
- 60–70 g medium-fat beef mince
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp grated tomato
- 1–2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp pepper paste
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1–2 tbsp water
- Salt, pepper, chili flakes
- 1 whole wheat flatbread

Instructions
- Prepare the topping by mixing mince, onion, grated tomato, pepper, parsley, pastes, olive oil, water and spices.
- Spread the topping thinly and evenly over the flatbread.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 10–12 minutes.
- Serve with plenty of greens.
