Ingredients

  • 60–70 g medium-fat beef mince
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp grated tomato
  • 1–2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp pepper paste
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tbsp water
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes
  • 1 whole wheat flatbread

Instructions

  1. Prepare the topping by mixing mince, onion, grated tomato, pepper, parsley, pastes, olive oil, water and spices.
  2. Spread the topping thinly and evenly over the flatbread.
  3. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 10–12 minutes.
  5. Serve with plenty of greens.
