  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt, pepper
  • Optional: 1 egg (boiled or poached)
  • Optional: pomegranate molasses, sesame

Instructions

  1. Toast bread in a toaster or pan.
  2. Remove avocado pit and scoop flesh into a bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper; mash with a fork (smooth or chunky).
  4. Spread avocado mixture on toast.
  5. Chili flakes serpin.
  6. Add a boiled or poached egg on top if desired.
  7. Garnish with pomegranate molasses and sesame; serve immediately.
